Chobani® Raspberry Lemon High Protein Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 6.7oz containers Chobani® 20g Protein Greek Yogurt Raspberry Lemon
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ teaspoon baking powder
  • ⅓ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • Maple syrup, lemon zest, and raspberries (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda; mix well.
  2. In a different bowl, combine yogurt, egg, and milk. Whisk well, then pour into the dry ingredient mixture. Mix just until combined.
  3. Heat up a nonstick pan and over medium heat. Scoop the batter onto the pan to create medium size pancakes. Flip when bubbles appear and cook until lightly browned, approximately 1-2 minutes per side.
  4. Serve with fresh raspberries, maple syrup, and lemon zest.
