Chobani® Raspberry Lemon High Protein Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
- 2 6.7oz containers Chobani® 20g Protein Greek Yogurt Raspberry Lemon
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ teaspoon baking powder
- ⅓ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup milk
- Maple syrup, lemon zest, and raspberries (for garnish)
Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda; mix well.
- In a different bowl, combine yogurt, egg, and milk. Whisk well, then pour into the dry ingredient mixture. Mix just until combined.
- Heat up a nonstick pan and over medium heat. Scoop the batter onto the pan to create medium size pancakes. Flip when bubbles appear and cook until lightly browned, approximately 1-2 minutes per side.
- Serve with fresh raspberries, maple syrup, and lemon zest.
